The new 46,000-square-foot Student Health Care Center (SHCC) at the University of Florida, located on Stadium Road, is a state-of-the-art facility and a successful collaboration with Scorpio Construction.

Pharmacy Services
Women’s Clinic
Sports Medicine and Acute Care

ENV Services
A Demonstration Kitchen and Outdoor Patio
Administrative functions such as accounting, research, and marketing are also co-located for operational efficiency.
Notably, this is the first WELL Certified building on the University of Florida campus, setting a new standard for health-focused construction and design.

UF Health Ocala Hospital

150,000 square feet: Total size of the hospital.
10 ER rooms: Includes 7 emergency exam rooms, 1 consultation room, 1 triage room, and 1 trauma room.
10 inpatient rooms: Dedicated for patient care.
4 operating rooms: Supporting advanced surgical services.
12 pre- and postoperative beds: For comprehensive patient preparation and recovery.
Imaging center: Features 2 general X-ray rooms, 2 CT rooms, ultrasound, and MRI suites.

The Oaks Clinic & Surgery Center

UF Health The Oaks is a cutting-edge specialty clinic located in a repurposed 139,000-square-foot former Sears retail space. This innovative facility offers comprehensive services in:
Ophthalmology: Including advanced treatments such as corneal transplants, pediatric ophthalmology, and bionic eye implants.
Otolaryngology and Audiology: Providing specialized care and diagnostic services.
The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art surgical and diagnostic technology, featuring: 5 operating rooms
Radiology services: Full MRIs, X-rays, and CT scans.

NFRMC South Tower Expansion & Renovation
General Contractor: Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI)
75,477 SF expansion: Added three new floors and 78 private patient rooms.
Specialties: Intensive Care Unit, Postpartum and Antepartum Care, Orthopedics, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
8,619 SF renovation: Created a new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with 13 beds, Level 2 and 3 neonatal care enhancements, and updated support spaces.
